409 Kennington Road Consultation Deadline Sunday January 5th - 17 storey tower
Second (shorter) questionnaire; please do complete. Points put forward by other residents you might consider as they arise in the questionnaire:
- Building Height: support maximum of 6-7 stories (same height as 2 neighbours, in an area of 2-4 stories)
- Request upper 2-3 stories be set back
- Preserve wide pedestrian pavement at busy crossing
- Poor generic architectural design
- Environmental impact - no reuse, carbon, loss of daylight
- Protect park views, conservation area and listed buildings
- Prioritise affordable housing and job spaces (25% of current) over student housing
- Financial - loss of business rates and students zero rated for council tax

2. Request 'view impressions' from any or all of:
a) main park entrance to 409
b) main park path - Kennington Park Road side, opposite 409 by the rectangular garden or rectangular garden by Albert Lodge
c) crossroad pavement of Kennington Park/Brixton Roads to 409
